Student Registration Procedure

In order to register, you will have to fill out the application / registration form provided by the authorized study / training center. Student can purchase prospectus from any authorized center and can register in any of our RICSM training / study centers. RICSM Center offers computer and university courses (only on selected study centers) at the time of admission, the site description, ASC name and code should be mentioned in the application / registration form. These details can be obtained from ASC or for courses through new papers or student prospectus. The total fee will be paid at the time of registration. While filling the application / registration form, the student will have to mention the name of the courses and its code. Once the student is registered only in the head office, only upgrade will be entertained in the course and otherwise not.

The Duration of Certificate course is 1 Months to 3 Months.

Diploma Course

A new breed of computer professional "Rashtriy Institute Computer Saksharta Mission" has designed the diploma course. To meet the requirements of the IT industry, these courses have been presented, which include Internet programming, advanced programming, accounting, and desk top publishing. Students can benefit from a well-designed curriculum course that matches the needs of the existing industry and are emerging as a well-equipped IT professional.

The Duration of Diploma Course is 6 months to 3 years.


The examination will be conducted four times in the examination year by the study center. After six months of successful completion of the I-Semester Examination, it will be held at the authorized training / study center, students will be eligible to participate only in two-semester examinations.

Language of Examination is English or Hindi

Mode of Examination:

RICSM provides two modes of examination of students enrolled in ICSM courses.These are:-

  • Offline Examination
  • Online Examination

Offline Examination: These exams are conducted at the respective study centers. It includes the theory written papers of all the subjects.

Online Examination: These exams are conducted at the respective study centers. It includes the examination on computer on the study center.

Result: Result will be declare after receiving the Data from center to Head office within the 15 Days after the Examination. And will display on Notice board of Training /Study center. and Mark sheet / Certificate will be dispatched within 30-45 days of declaring the result of the students.

Certificate / Mark sheet

Certificate / Diploma will be awarded by RICSM only after the successful completion of the course .

Evaluation of Students

The minimum qualifying marks for the students to pass in examination are as follows –

1 Diploma Course 40%
2 Certificate Course 40%

After qualifying all the exams, the students are awarded grades as per their percentage of marks obtained.

1 More than 80% A+
2 70 % to 80% A
2 60% to 70% B+
2 50% to 60% B


student has to secure at less than 40% marks in each subject to qualify/pass in each subject. A student who does not clear all the modules/subject of examination in one sitting will be allowed to re-appear in the failed module.

Re-Examination Fees: The student has to pay 50% amount of Examination total fees at ATC/ASC /-

Examination Procedure

  • Examination will be conducted four times a year at your RICSM center.
  • The pattern of exam will be objective type which has to be answered in the question paper only. (Some Descriptive Training Course, little paper will be descriptive.)
  • Details i.e. Dates of examination, timings /session will be according to the annual planner sent to all the centers at the beginning of the session. Time to time it may be change and will inform to ATC/ASC
  • The duration of examination will be 1 hours. (Depends on Course)
  • Question paper comprises of 50 questions from each module and each question carries 2 marks eg. a student’s appearing for Ist Semester of ADCA course, having four modules the question paper will contain 200 objective based question
  • Practical Exam. will carry total 100 Marks, 60 Marks for Lab Practice & 40 Marks for Viva.

Transfer of Center

student can apply for transfer of authorized RICSM center. The candidate has to send an application stating the place for which transfer has been asked. The application has to be sent to the Head Office duly forwarded by the center director (for the transfer form, contact your center director).

Course up Gradation

The student registered for any course is entitled to improve in any other course, but no change can be made in the course. For this, he will have to fill out a new application / registration form which is associated with Prospectus (the same application has been applied for fresh / up gradation) clearly mentioning his previous statement (registration number course) and in the case of which the course is also interested, a student will have to submit the form with the following: -

  • Photocopy of ID card
  • Fee of the upgraded course in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Indian Computer Saksharta Mission payable at Delhi.
  • Original copy of certificate issued by ICSM at the completion of the course. (For students who have already received their certificate)
  • For course up-gradation Rs. 100/- will be charge extra as processing charge


All registered students can avail the library facility available at selected authorized study center. A student has to pay Rs. 250 / - as library fee, out of which Rs. After successfully completing the course, 150 / - will be refunded and, Rs. 100 / - will be kept for library development fee. Library facility will be valid for the entire duration of registered course

General Instruction

  • The prospectus must be read carefully and all details should be filled completely and clearly, otherwise the application will be rejected
  • Submission of application form should strictly be done before the last date. The registration is on a first -cum first-serve basis, so no candidate shall be registered after the last date
  • Fees once paid shall not be refunded / transferred under any circumstances
  • All matters concerned with examination dates, procedures and result will be decided by ICSM Delhi and shall be final and binding changes (if any) shall be intimated from time to time
  • If classes are not commenced within 8 days of admission and the certificate is not received within 60 days after the completion of the course, it should be immediately brought to the notice of the head office/registered office

Academic Rules

  • Irrespective of age and position, the student is expected to maintain appropriate relation with the management & staff
  • The students when asked to meet the management with parent/Guardian should follow the instructions strictly
  • The management expects the students cooperation while taking any step to ensure a good career path for them
  • Students should carry the identity Card endorsed by the H.O. at all times within the center premises
  • The students must attend all the theory and lab sessions regularly
  • Proper discipline has to be maintained within the center premises. Any student found misbehaving will be restricted from attending the class
